Engineer. Educator. Systems Thinker. Builder of Useful Things.

Welcome—I’m Ed Ivory. I run the Electronics Prototyping Lab at Portland State University, where I mentor students, guide interdisciplinary capstone projects, and help turn ideas into tangible prototypes. My background spans mechanical engineering, embedded systems, digital fabrication, community management, and prompt engineering.

This site, a lab notebook of sorts, (will) feature experiments I’m currently poking at and resources for myself and maybe for you.

Currently I'm noodling on Meshtastic implimentations, Ham Radio handhelds, and education aids.
